Mama Llama Pull-Thru
Our Signature pull-thru, and the guest favorite. Weekly stays get 15% off.
$56 a day

The Campground
Forty-three full-hookup sites under 50-year-old maples, with a llama pasture for a neighbor.

The lay of the land
The campground sits on five well-kept acres of shaded sites. The other three acres are green pasture, and that is where the llamas spend their evenings, close enough to watch from your camp chair.
We take everything from pop-up campers to big rigs, for a night, a week or a season. Every one of the 43 sites is full hookup, and the Wi-Fi is free and fast across the whole park.
The sites
Back in under the trees, pull straight through with a long rig, or claim the one site everyone asks for by name.

Very quiet RV park… Nice trees and grass, get to see the llamas each evening as we’re pretty close on lot #30. Convenient to Greeneville and Morristown. Would definitely recommend!
We have been here for 5 months and have loved it! This place has a small family/community feel and everyone helps everyone. It’s clean, quiet, well cared for and of course has llamas that are fun to see and go up and talk to.
